Who we are

Nexudio is operated by PICCAYA SRL, société à responsabilité limitée under Belgian law, registered office Rue de la Brasserie 122, 1050 Ixelles, Belgique, enterprise number 0461.715.743 (RPM Bruxelles), VAT number BE0461715743. Legal representative: Michel Uyttebroeck.

What Nexudio is today

The website nexudio.com presents the project. It does not sell anything. It also hosts a website account reserved for people authorised by PICCAYA SRL; the account is not open to registration. An authorised person can manage their profile there. The Nexudio app will use this profile once it is connected to the account. A website account does not give access to the app, which remains available by invitation only. Its launch notification form does not create an account or a subscription.

The Nexudio app is a desktop application for macOS, in private development. At this stage, the app is used only by PICCAYA SRL, including with test accounts it manages for controlled validations. Any other access would be granted by invitation only, free of charge during this phase. No subscription, payment or public sign-up is offered.

Your website account

The website account is available only to adults we have authorised. We may withdraw this authorisation at any time; access to the website account and its web sessions then end immediately.

You sign in through our identity provider ZITADEL. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us if you think they have been misused.

Enter accurate information in your profile. The company and billing details are part of your personal profile: they do not create a subscription, an invoice, a contract with a company or any right over an organisation.

Once the Nexudio app is connected to your account, your profile will be shared between the website and the app. When the same section is changed in two places, nothing is overwritten silently: you choose which version to keep.

• You can close your account at any time by writing to us.
• We may suspend or close a website account in case of misuse, of a security risk or at the end of the testing phase. A suspension takes effect at the next action on the website; a suspended account cannot sign in.

Private access to the app

If you are invited, access is personal. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us if you think they have been misused.

If you are under 18, you may use private access only with the agreement of a parent or legal representative.

Because the app is still in development, features may change, be interrupted or be removed. Keep your own copies of anything important.

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in line with the terms of each connected platform.
• Do not try to access other users' data, bypass security measures or disrupt the service.
• We may suspend or end private access, in particular in case of misuse, at the end of the testing phase, or if a platform withdraws its permissions.

Connected platforms

Nexudio is independent of YouTube, TikTok, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, Patreon, Instagram, Facebook and any other platform you may connect. Connections are optional and use the platforms' official interfaces. Each platform's own terms and policies apply to your use of it.

Nexudio uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube features in Nexudio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Availability of a platform in Nexudio does not mean that this platform has approved or endorsed Nexudio, and it may change at any time depending on the platform's permissions and review processes.

Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You allow the app to process it on your Mac and to send it to the platforms and services you choose, only when you ask it to.

You are responsible for having the rights needed for the content you publish through Nexudio.

Nexudio's own content

The Nexudio name, logo, website and app are protected. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without our written permission.

Availability and liability

The website and the app are provided as they are, during development, without guarantee of availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for indirect losses, for loss of data you have not backed up, or for the actions of connected platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Future features

Subscriptions and payments are not available. If they are introduced, these terms will be updated before they become available.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. This choice does not deprive consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they habitually reside. Subject to those mandatory rules, and in particular to the rights of consumers to bring or defend proceedings before the courts of the place where they live, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction.
